The amount of server lag is almost unbearable. I almost feel like quitting and trying tomorrow. I can get in for like 1min and than it gets too laggy to play and d/c.
I cant even get past login... The servers are under so heavy load that pressing "login" dont work. Also do anyone know if their forum is up at all? I went to their website and signed in but there is no forum up and running O.o
Yeah me too. It is very sluggy. They have the purchase numbers, why don't developers prepare for launch properly. URghMegaMatt91
Yeah good luck with that when you've got over a Mil people trying to login on the same day and also need to download parts or the whole game from your server.

If you can't provide the service you advertise, don't bother. They should get as many servers as they need on launch day and as the population thins out, remove servers, so launch people get as seemless experience as possible. They wont because that would effect profits.

There wouldnt be such a big dropoff in 1 or 2 days if they didnt make launch such a headache for people
How did you accidently purchase it..... urgh. You have to put in credit card details / enter your paypal password / buy it in store. Loving the game so far. Looks awesome, the artists did a great job. I dont know if hunters are this fun on wow, but im loving the class in gw2.

No i bought it and get serial numbers etc in my email. But their registration server is down so I can't make an account just to download the damn client.
I'm aware others are having issues but it has been flawless for me (crosses fingers). I'm on the heaviest server and no disconnections, no lags. Great experience so far. I hope you guys see better days. Cheers.

I created a new character just now and it wouldn't get pass the intro story and then the screen turned black and hanged there until I shut it down. Now, when I try to log back in.. it gives me an error saying it's my firewall, anti-virus, or connection.. I was playing it just fine earlier.. wth...
Meh I can't login either, getting the connection error. Damn shame, I'm hungover and wanted to play :P

My only guess is the heavy server load atm.. or they shut it down for a quick maintenance (unannounced). A similar situation happened during beta, and it had nothing to do with the firewall or connection on the user's end. I'm glad I'm not the only one.. I guess I'll go to sleep now.
Servers are a bit ropey right now and the HoM achivements are not working in the EU, but overal a great launch and 100% better than the Diablo 3 launch and i'm really enjoying it. :)
yeah same for me. tried a few hours ago to log in. no joy so i sent to do something else. came back and still no joy. error 42. I also cant log into the GW2 website, GW1, and NC soft wont even load. The servers must be taking a beating.
