i was wondering if it was possible to convert the demo files made when recording in half life 2 and cs source into a mpeg or avi or anytype of video file that i can watch without loading cs or half life. Thanks alot

i did it but it only lets me unless i pay 37 bucks and im a cheap sob

Not only that, but you can use Windows Movie Maker to splice multiple 30 second vids into however long a video you want.

Not everyone, I got a Dell, had XP but my 9800 couldnt be installed in it so I got another computer but it was windows 2000 and my Uncle gave me it. Still good can play FEAR but no XP!

Huh, well that's the oddest thing i've ever heard.2000 is a fine OS anyway so i guess you're ok.

the ony problem is i have to keep hitting the button at the right time to restart the recording im gonna be recording some scrimmages and need to be able let it record with any worry.

Nah, I dont think you have to. I remember seeing something you could type into the console that would export a video file after running the demo. Try looking through the HL2CTF forums, because people there managed to figure out how to do it with the help of Valve.

I do not personally condone the use of torrents to illegally download the full version of FRAPS... ... ... !!!
