Lost Coast is more of a tech demo, nobody cares about it, only a few mods use props from it but there aren't mods made for LC.
HLDM is pretty dead tho a few mods use it, the HL "expansions, no idea, and the only thing I know about HL, is for HL 2, the Black Mesa mod, a remake of HL.

Is The Black Mesa mod available? That was supposed to be a true Source engine remake of the original Half-Life wasn't it?

It's still under development. And yea, it's bascially a complete remake of Half-Life 1 under the source engine (unlike Half-Life : Source, which was essentially a port over to the source engine). Is half life:source and Half life deathmatch: source even worth getting if you already got half life, and deathmatch classic. I don't understand the difference.RedxSniper
'Half-Life: Source' is Half-Life directly ported over to the Source engine. The game content is identical, but the most noticeable differences are the improved physics, and the better water effects. That's it really. It doesn't improve the gameplay enough to make it worthwhile at all. Same with HLDM: Source.
