Halo 2 for PC promblem

*Please note im usinga Windows 7 laptop

OK I just got Halo 2 today I downloaded it and entered my product key, after that I got a error saying " LIVE gaming on Windows failed to initialize. This may be because another LIVE gaming on Windows application (such as the Halo 2 dedicated server) is running on the same machine.

After I read thatI deleted the game and Installed it again and same error message.

Please Help ME!

I advise uninstalling windows live and reinstalling.
