Halo 2 or Rainbow Six Vegas

Well I was just wondering what a beter game. Rainbow six vegas or halo 2. I know halo 2 for pc got a bad rating. So what do you gamers think is better for the PC Rainbow six vegas or Halo 2

hey mate. havnt played halo 2 myself, bear in mind that without some new hack that has apparently come out, you need Windows Vista to play it. its dx10 only. wont run on Windows XP.

r6:vegas is pretty awesome in terms of teamplay FPS. you got a lot of control over your squad. and you can play the entire story in co-op multiplayer. it is very demanding on hardware tho, plus its a port from the Xbox 360 Version, meaning they just made a conversion and configured it for PC, so i dont rekon it runs as smooth as it should.some areas look amazing and run great, then you'll hit spots that appear less detailed but lag like a **tch. good game tho in my opinion.

multiplayer in halo2 is prolly a lot better, but like i said havnt played it. base ur decision on re-playability and whether its just for Single Player or Multi Player.

I have played both, and although they are both FPS they are very different.

Halo2 is brilliant, but by todays standards looks pretty dated. Looks aside the game itself is excellant.

R6 is just like the usual SWAT thing, looks better than H2, but nuthin special.

i have to say if you compare the R6 gameplay to SWATs' - R6 is more action-tactical FPS and SWAT is basically tactical only

i would choose between those 2 - R6 of course for it's more fun

Rainbow Six Vegas! Excellent game, and purty :D

Couple of things to keep in mind: I haven't played RB6 online, but even with it's faults, Halo 2 will have a decent online community, if that's important to you.

However, if you are looking for a co-op game. Rainbow Six Vegas has a VERY fun one!!!! Microsoft didn't even bother to keep the co-op mode in the PC version of Halo 2 :evil:

I didn't mean the game SWAT, my bad, I meant it has a 'Swat theme' thing going on, you know, like all the other Rainbows where you are in charge of a team and you have to rescue hostages etc.

never played R6Vegas, looks pretty good. though i got Halo 2.

Halo 2 isn't so bad though, i got vista with a 22" monitor so its probably better for me to play some more slow paced games.

Halo 2 multi-player is a lot more fun.
