Halo 3 your opinion Happy or unhappy?

If u have friends with Xbox 360s prepare for nvr ending nagging...but I'm just asking what's your opinion r u happy or unhappy? Think the PC should get it's share or r u happy we never got a big taste of it. I never mined Halo but I think Halo 3 will be a little bit far from "The Best Game Ever Made" Plz don't flame just opinions :D

I don't really care about Halo 3 right now, I was kind of looking forward to it since I thought the first two were fun but it just got stored in the back of my mind since there are so many PC games I'm looking forward to.I dont see myself buying a 360 in the near future and I pre-orderd Crysis today....nuff said :P.

The first halo never won me over. I remember it's debut when the xbox was the new hot setup. Loads of fanboys hopped aboard and I think that carried over to halo, on top of its better than playstation graphics. It wasn't anything special.

I got it in a bundle pack with my sound card. It's certainly fun, and might be great as a console shooter, but coming off one solid FPS after another on PC, the game just seemed small.

Never played the sequels since microsoft milks every penny out of the franchise name. I don't have an xbox, andnot willing to get a whole new OS simply for one game. Halo 3 would require Vista, so I could care less.

The commercial with the little painted figurines is pretty badass though. That's a talented team of mofo's to put that together with so much detail.

Now that the Crysis demo is delayed I'll probably just get Halo 3 on the 25th. It's not one of my most anticipated games, but I'll probably enjoy it.

My attitude toward the Halo series has always been its an over-rated game franchise that only got this way because when the xbox was first released it got HEAVY media attention as the iconic xbox game. And thats all it still is really, the iconic xbox game. Most people who own an Xbox console will have played it and sadly become somewhat "fanboy/girl-ish" about the series and defend it blindly even if it costs them their last breathe.

A good example of this is the recently locked (thank you admins!!!!) topic about HalfLife vs Halo.

Halo 1 + 2 were for the PC. This topic is asking if you care about the 3rd going to the PC. This isn't a system war. Most PC gamers acknowledged that Halo sucks long ago. If you want to argue about it, go to the System Wars forum.

A topic that would belong in System Wars would be a topic saying "HALF-LIFE 2 SUCKS" or some stupid crap like that.
