Has anybody played Demigod, and is it any good?

I am interested in it, I have already played LoL, and didn't like it, I want more character depth while in-game, not leveling up outside the game.

I always check back by the DVDs/book section at the Target by me. On one or two of the end rack displays, they put PC games, DVDs and books they discount due to having been sitting on the shelf for too long.

Here's a little side note. Discounted items at target: When they end in 8 (ie: $4.98 ) that is the first round of their price reduction on that item. If the item ends in 4 (ie: $3.74) that is the lowest they will discount that item. There are two other steps in between the 8 and 4, but I don't recall which numbers they are.

I picked up Demigod when it was priced at $5.74 if I remember correctly. So if you ever see something discounted at Target and you still feel the price is too high, look at the last number in the price....if it ends in an 8, be assured that the price will be lowered in the near future - that is, if no one else buys the product(s) before you do.

I liked it personally despite its limited number of heroes and maps. I distinctly remember playing alot of MP games with my friend with that game.

I liked it, had alot of issues at first, but its pretty fun. Just online game though, so dont expect a singleplayer
