Has anyone ever purchaced an iBuyPower system?

I was surfing the web yesterday for the most affordable gaming pc systems around and this site came up. The prices for the specs you can get are really awesome, but I read a lot of horror stories about their customer service too. These computers sound too good to be true. Are they?

The first computer I have purchased was off of cyberpowerpc.com. They're just like ibuypower, the site look and how you customize your PC. So, yeah they're both legit businesses and are both good options for buying prebuilt pc's. You can buy there with no worries.

cyberpower is decent, mine has been flawless in over 6 months.
