Has anyone tried the Unlimited Game Downloads site?

Just wondering if any of you have used the unlimited game downloads website which I saw as an ad on Gamespot? I went to the website and it said there are no monthly fees or charges per download. This sounds too good to be true to me, is there a catch? Also, it says they have every PC game ever made even the new ones? Just wondering if this is bogus or not.

but if your looking for something like that...get gametap....its $10 a month...and has over 900 games...with classics like dues ex, and even new games like all the hitman, tomb raider games...as well as overlord, Jericho...and many others.
