Have you ever bought games from Gmg ?

I bought Guild wars 2 from green man gaming yesterday and the serial key they gave me was already registered on some other guys acount?? WTf I was so pissed and now I'm frantically emailing Arena Net and GMG to try and resolve this problem but GMG hasn't said anything. Arena Net has been very helpful and have actually been responding to me and told me that the serial key I have is registerd to some alexander wheeler dude. I am never again buying from Green Man Gaming.
