Having trouble deciding which PSU to buy

Hey guys, I'm building a pc and I'm trying to decide which of these PSUs is the better buy. If neither of these look good please recommend another. Thanks in advance for your answers

Well Rosewill is garbage and PC Power & Cooling makes some of the very highest quality power supplies... hmm..

Normal Silverstone line is not my first choice, at least get a Zeus or Olympia model.

BTW- 750w Silencer is $180 at PCP&C.com
