Having trouble viewing a PDF file, looking for some help

I downloaded adobe reader to view these pdf files, theres some sorta error, corrupt data1.cab file, and error 2350

What should I do to fix this? Is there another way to view pdf files?

I am on windows 7 ultimate

ill try it out when i get home. to be clear. THIS WILL VIEW PDF FILES RIGHT?

wow worked great, faster download and set up process. screw adobe. why the hell is it number one and heavily suggested in the google results? that pos told me i had all sorts of problems when the only problem was adobe itself. **** adobe. pos software. heavy, laggy, slow and too god damn inquisitive. thanks for the stellar suggestion, my pc is a little more perfect now thanks to you kilerchese
