HD3870's in stock at BestBuy!

Get them while they are hot! Bestbuy is very good at updating their page info to tell you if a product is on backorder or is sold out so they clearly have them, this just poped up today...

I canceled my 8800GT and just ordered 2 of these things :)

Now I won't have to worry about sending the mobo I ordered back for an SLI one :)

8800GTX SLI > 3870 Crossfire > 8800GT SLI >>>>>>>> 8800GTX > 8800GT > 3870

Basically if your only buying one card get a 8800GT, but if your buying two go for the 3870 the GTX with it's outragous price is essentially out of the picture now.

It's rumored from companies that sell both ATI and Nvidia cards that ATI is expected to ship 8x as many of their new cards.

The 8800GT's first run was 50k

ATI is said to be on track to ship over half a million just of the 3850/3870s before year end :O

Shame on newegg, they got some 3870s in stock and jacked the price to 270 bucks and of course people will pay it.

Glad I could help :) I'm a bit surprised they aren't sold out yet as newegg sold all the ones they got today and they were selling them for a greedy 270 then again if I were looking for a video card bestbuy.com would be one of the last places I looked so it's probably just that most people don't know about it.
