Does a HDMI port integraded on a video card make the overall video quality better than if you have a dvi port? I know you have adapters for a dvi to a HDMI but is there a big difference? Thank you.

The basic video signaling for HDMI is exactly the same as with DVI; what changes is that HDMI pretty much at least assumes that the display you connect it to will support HDCP. On the graphics card side, if you can then give it a way to accept audio data, it can then output the audio out through that same port to a compatible display. That's the primary benefit of HDMI - audio and video through a single cable. Just aggravating it requires HDCP, and pretty strictly too.
