Because there is no "they"... It was paid for and published by Sony Computer Entertainment... It will never be on anything other than a Sony platform...

True, I don't think it will come. But to make your day better, I finished it on PS3. It starts really good and exciting, but really falls FLAT towards the end....Alan Wake, yes please! And with all the graphical details it was showcased on PC years ago. I personally didn't like Heavy Rain so much. good story, but a failure as a game. e: i wouldn't wonder if they'd be reviving the Alan Wake's PC version right now. Microsoft desperately just tried to sell some more consoles by releasing it as exclusive...I would LOVE to see Heavy Rain and Alan Wake on pc.
They are two console games that I just loved to bits.
Awesome atmosphere, story telling and graphics in both games.

Yea you do know. It's never. Anyway i played it too on PS3, i was really disappointed by it. It didn't even feel like a game but an interactive movie, a bad one at that. Especially hated the fight and chase cinematic, most of which were there without a reason.I would never say never. Because Quantic Dream the dev that made Heavy Rain made Fahrenheit aka Indigo Prophecy that was released on xbox ps2 and PC so you never know.
