I dont have helgate london but i do have the witcher and its a fun game but it has a lot of glitches and really long load times that are so annoying it almost ruins the game. but if you dont mind that stuff the witcher is a great game
I have both and would have to say the Witcher. Hellgate London is a great game and very addictive but still has some bugs that need worked out. The Witcher has a great storyline and graphics but the combat controles take some getting used to.

Get the patch and get more RAM. My loads flash by and I've yet to encounter a glitch.
To the TC, get Witcher. It's not even up to debate.
