That's the same motherboard as a 790X but with an IGP, which is something he won't need. Additionally, that won't fit in his budget.

NZXT Gamma Case
Seagate 7200.12 500GB HDD
ASRock M3A770DE Motherboard
G.Skill Ripjaws 4gb DDR3-1600 Memory
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit Operating System
XFX HD 5850 XXX Video Card w/ AMD Phenom II X4 955 Processor (before you blast me on picking the XXX version, see that it's actually cheaper than the reference version when combo'd :D)
OCZ ModXStream 500W Power Supply w/ LG DVD Drive

Grand total: 897.37

i mean just take a cheap mobo what supports crossfire or sli to have future-proof setup
