I've been looking to get a new computer, but all of the ones I can afford say they have a GeForce 6150SE, but it also says something about a "Video Bus: PCI Express x16" Is this where I can upgrade the video card when I have the money? Here are the specs of the one I'm looking at:

3 GB RAM

AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600+ 2.8GHz Processor

400 GB Hard Drive

GeForce 6150SE

PS: I just noticed this but it says it has "1 x PCI Express x16 open"

It basically states, yeah, you could put in an 8800gt (making sure you have more than a 450 Watt PSU)

You mean back to the past?

I've never even heard of that card, it sounds like something that would be in a laptop. The 6 series is about 3 years old though. But if it says it has a PCI-E x16 you should be able to upgrade.

Do you have a link to the computer?

Yeah, I think its the same series of card that I have in my laptop right now, which I guess explains the price. The reason I'm currently shopping for a computer is to get away from this card beceause it can't be upgraded, but at least this might have a slot so when x-mas comes around...

It looks like it can be upgraded, it says PCI-E x16. You might have to throw in a new PSU though.
