Here's advice all you PC gamers can use. Don't ever attempt to fix your computer while sitting and laying yourself and your computer on the carpeted floor. It just ends in fire and smoke.

So my computer just recently fried, and if I sold the salvaged parts and my monitor, I should be able to get at the very least $300.

I'm pretty tired of desktops so I figured I should get a laptop next. Do you guys have any reccomendations of where I can get a decent gaming laptop. My budget is probably between $1000-1300.

Thanks

no SFF love?? its will do just fine as a lappy and fit desktop stuff...

anyways..

Alienware, Dell, Voodoo, Zeus PC, Cyberpower, ibuypower,

all of those sell decent gaming Lappys, its very hard to find a cheap good gaming laptop but im sure you should find one among the sites ive listed..

EDIT: never really heard of them but m-techlaptops sell gaming laps as well...my bro told me about them a few years ago..but never ordered from them..

Check out the Sagers. I got a NP5793 from them, and love it.
