While I can't see the unit in question (something wrong with Newegg's website), HEC power supplies are crap, and you're right not to trust it. Some specs about your machine would help pick an appropriate and reliable unit.

The SR5505F looks like it uses a standard ATX power supply. The screws are 3-in-the-corner and 1 offset as per the norm, and the length looks about right. It's in a BTX configuration, but that shouldn't be a problem given the size of the case. Your budget is a problem however. If all you have to spend online is $30, you can't afford a decent quality power supply like I'd recommend. Your offline budget is just fine (even overkill), so if you can get someone to buy the item for you and pay them for it, that would be ideal. The Corsair CX400w is a great deal especially with that mail-in-rebate, and is more than enough to power your setup.

OK thanx. but i wanted one that is over 400w so that if i decide to add a more powerful card in the future it won't be a problem. or another Hard drive or something.

I got a PSU from a local shop that is 500 Watts with Power Factor Correction. Spent $70 for it. Wouldn't go lower than 500 but 650 is usually a safe bet. Thermaltake is one of my favorites.
