so i have an ATI 4850 and for some reason i cant access my catalyst control center. whenever i right click and try to access it nothing happens. also for some reason my fan is acting weird too. it has this cycle when its spinning normally then all of a sudden it sounds like its at 100% and it does this all day. i think all this started after i got the new update. can anyone help me?
