Help! I can't remember.

When I was a kid (so lets say in the last 10 years) I used to play a game that was almost like bubble shooter. The game was most likely off of a disc or downloaded because you didn't need the internet to access it. Except instead of colored bubbles, there were colored shapes with faces. The main character was a blue circle face, and I'm pretty sure that the name of the game was the name of the main character. There were different game modes and difficulties ranging from very easy to evil. Does anyone know what game I'm talking about?

The game you described reminds me of a bubble shooting game called boppin'.
