Which of these two boards do you think I should get? the more expensive one can do RAID but doesn't seem to have any other advantage to it, besides the fact that it has a cool looking heat transfer from the North Bridge. Also, the cheaper one has free shipping so I would end up spending $25 less.

Please tell me what you think.

Thanks

The UD3R has a newer south bridge and does support raid.  But more than likely you wont use onboard raid if your going to use raid in the first place.  I'd go with the DS3L unless you plan to oc.  If you do oc, the UD3R might give you more headroom for a higher oc and it may help with stability.  But that is just specutlation on my part without any direct comparison to go by.

No real major difference other than one having an extra PCI slot and the cheaper one having a faster Ram speed. I would get the cheaper one.

The UDR3 is Better Memory Standard DDR2 1366+/1066 aint it better then standart 1200mhz ? and also raid and the ich10 is R instead of 10 ? Tough i haven't learn enough of P45 is self else that it got EASY tune 6 For All mobo of Gigabyte
but for ram speed i think it the uD3P instead of R The best http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128358
but information on newegg suck i'l have to check from tigerdirect & fry &ncix & original website to be sure
here the full spec of the P what is newegg to busy to put they should engage 2-3 webmaster it would be put ;)
http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=34003&vpn=GA-EP45-UD3P&manufacture=Gigabyte

but i don't understand if the UD3R/P is Better then DQ6 Because the D3R As ultra durable 3 I wonder i would need detailed benchmark ;) according new it the newest of gigabyte it really confusing how motherboard draw out fast but the ultra durable 3 Seem way enthusiast i love it design

UD3 series are better overall motherboards than DS3 series.
