Help me identify this game please

Hi everyone. a few weeks ago, i was watching random game videos, and one caught my eye. problem is, i forgot what game it was.

from what i remember. the video was in first person view of a person strapped to like a bench that was on some kind of assembly line or something. there was another person in front of you that you could see everything happening to before it happened to you. what i remember is that at one point, a robot ripped your eyes out, and replaced them with cybernetic eyes, and then another robot sawed your legs off and replaced them with cybernetic legs.

i wish i could remember something else about the video or the game it was for. but hopefully that's an important enough scene that someone will recognise it. thank you in advance to anyone that replies.

It has got to be either Quake 2 or Quake 4.
