Help me Overclock

i have a E6320 run at 1866 Mhz and i try to overclock it to about 2400 Mhz

I run it on a gigabyte motherboard and i use 2x1GB

so what do i need to do? this is my first time i try to OC so i have no idea what i am doing so plz help me.

First time ever? Well, it will be a long read and probably confusing, but you can search on Google for a lot of beginner tutorials.
