Help me! T_T I have no idea what the problem is with my games on my computer

A couple of days ago, my games started looking like the picture below. GTA (for PC) is the most visible out of the ones I have. But the rest are still annoying. Does anyone know how I could fix this problem or why it happend? It would be very helpful :) Thanks

Lol, nah I beat it I was just going to new game just to take a quick screenshot of it. >.<

I'll try updating it but it just started happening 2 days ago and I had the same drivers and everything so not sure why it would just do this randomly even if I needed to update my drivers

New drivers did come out though
