Hello, I have an extemely annoying problem.  Imagine every time you tried to play a sound file, you had to wait at least FIVE whole seconds before it started playing and if you had a playlist, ever song would start skipping five seconds before it ended... Well dont have to imagine that.

As far as I can tell, the problem is only w/ wmp11 vista and zune, I only used one other player to test (zoomplayer).  When I change songs, its hangs for at least five seconds when "media changing" is shown in the lower left corner, I have no idea what it causing this but I know that it shouldnt take more than 1 second to start playing a song.

My current pc was upgraded to vista, it didnt come w/ it.   Thanks in advance, I hope I can get this straightened out.
