Help needed pls!

Either the game stutters when you move arround in large arreas or textures just pop up! Like when you move near an object and as you get closer it changes suddenly. But suddenly and im not even very far like on Far Cry 2 when you move near things they change to more detailed. I have this on all games Hitman 4, Crysis , Oblivion, Last Remnant, Wanted, ect... I have Q6600, GTX 260, 4 gigs of ram, IP-35 pro and vista 64. It's not the graphic card, i used to have 9600gt and it was the same. It's not the video drivers i tried old, new , beta... What can be causing this?

When i first bought my computer games used to look great and ran smooth. Now they just look like crap.

I think that is just the tendency of the games themselves.

No man it's not i watched gameplay videos of Far Cry and ill upload a video on youtube to show you, first thing when i get back home.

See what the fish or whatever do...It's like this everywhere, you can't really drive a venicle without these flashes distrating you. It's like this on all games. And i don't think it's the GPU because i haad 9600 gt and it was the same.

And not that often right? I get it often... very often. So it's something to do with...? How can i fix it GTX 260 should run new games great, let alone Hitman 4.

Hey thanks, but i chouldn't find those drivers on that page. I am i school now but when i get home i will install older drivers.

Look if this was the way it supposed to be i would just quit bothering everyone. But when i got my PC, Crysis and Far Cry 2 and all games ran without a glitch. It was as smooth as it can get. Obviosly something went wrong with my computer. I just want to play again smoothly again. Pls if someone has an idea tell me. Can it be that something is dragging down my GPU or something..or something...i don't really know computers really well. Pls someone help me.
