Help on installing patches..

Hey people I have a big problem. I like playing my game wolfenstein et but im trying to upgrade to a new patcI have windows xp and i want to upgrade my patch on wolfenstein but i dont know how! i just simply dont know much about computers so please someone much smarter then me please tell me step by step (in english) very slow english because I really dont know alot about that sort of stuff NOW IM BEGGING PLEASE TELL MY HOW TO PUT my 2.6b patch on my game i already have it downloaded and ready to extract but to were

You should update to 2.60 first, then update to 2.60b.

Everything should go automaticaly, open the patch/update with winRAR/ZIP, and the installation should begin. If you are asked to overwrite; say 'yes to all'.
