I currently recieve a variety of films/videos due to my occupation but its slowing my computer down a great deal due to the size of all these videos.

My question is, i want to put these videos which are say 700kb onto a disk or something so when i want to to annotate or edit them i can, without having to save them on my computer and also so i cantravel with them...

Am i better of buying like a 10-20g memory stick or is that a waste of time and pointless as it will not hold alot??

Thanks in advance

If your videos are only 700kb then a 10-20gb is definitely a waste. If your videos were 700mb then that's another story. A 10gb memory stick would hold almost 15,000 of your 700kb videos. Here is the conversion if you are wondering:

1024 kb = 1 mb
1024 mb = 1 gb

If not, if each video was mb, would i need to get something bigger of different?

Hours?... MB's definitly.and a 10gb memory pen would be a waste, it would only hold like 10-11(off the top of my head rough estimate), you'd need an external hard drive.

also a real pain to take around with you.

Just right click on a file and click properties, will tell you how big they are. Theres no way it would be 700kb though, most pictures are bigger than that.

as longer as its a 2.5" drive there isn't really any issue, don't touch the 3.5" if you care about moving the drive, you could also get a 16gb flash drive
