Theres no such program(other than if the manufacturer of the mobo provides one) for OCing CPU speeds. Atleast what I'm talking about is OCing at nicely.

You will have to go into your BIOS and tweak your FSB speeds for your CPU and RAM. Timings for RAM too if you are dead certain for performance. Voltages are also another part to choose from. Usually putting it at auto "would" solve all problems, but the thing with many mobos is that they select a level of voltage higher than it should regardless of how much your OC. This would bring in alot of extra heat.

I recommend researching on OCing before you attempt it.

Yeah, this is my theory. I would oc because I can, but why loose the warranty on the system when I am totaly happy with performance.

Thats pretty good 19C.Ive got a 3800X2 AMD Stock 2.0 OC'd to 2.35 and it is running at 40-50C on stock cooling.I overclocked through the BIOS adjusting the multiplier and CPU frequency.Multiplier 10 and frequency 235mhz.

I was using ntune because it came with my mobo, but I can't use it to change voltages.
