I'm looking for some opinions regarding GPUs,

I'm looking between a:
MSI GTX960 4GB GDDR5
or
(x3) MSI GT730 4GB DDR3

That is 3x GT730, since the thing is 3 times cheaper than the GTX960, I was wondering if having them together in a 3-way SLI would get me a better performance than a single GTX960 and so get more bang for my buck? Specially if I try to over clock it?

Also, since I never 'stitched' GPUs together, can they give trouble? Would some applications (other than games) only recognize 1 for example?

@DeanTaker: You can't combine 3 GT730.

Actually you can't even combine two...

SLI is mostly benefit in highend GPUs (like GTX980Ti, TitanX) when you cannot go further with a signle GPU.

So you should go for GTX960 4GB which is a very good GPU for its money.

But I would suggest you to spend some extra and go for GTX970.

The performance difference is huge!
