Hey i own a 2900 XT & i have crossfire ready motherboard but i can not afford to buy a second 2900 Xt so i'm thinking to buy a 2600 XT .... can i combine2 different graphic cards ? PLS i needa corect an profesional answer because i want to know for sure THX !:oops:beckoflight
if you use that configuration your cards will only go as fast as the slowest card. in this case the 2600. so you'd be wasting money if you didnt buy the same GPU.

no you can't you need the same type of video card
