OK, that needs to be clarified a little... The monitor is not physically plugged into the PC, or it is plugged in but you get no picture?

Check the monitor connections, if that doesent work i guess do a clear cmos Plus reseat video card,

If that doesent work i'm guessing your porcessor is probably dead.(maybe video card)

Try plugging in the monitor to another PC, if you have one around. If it works, then you can deduce that it's definitely an internal problem in your PC.

those blue things solidsnake2291

Why did you take the blue things out?

to clear cmos?

There should only be one blue thing (maybe dif color) and when your done it has to be in the right spot or else you could damage your computer. and the power should be diconnected when your doing that.

So you tried to install a new processor and it doesn't work anymore?

Maybe you just got it set up wrong,

or you could always try your old cpu.

So all you did was remove the old fan and put a new one on, and you didn't touch anything else?

I think you should probably take the whole thing to a repair shop.

Or a friend would be better if you know someone.

You might have just forgot to plug the vidoe cards power connector back in, If it has one and that was one of the wires you took out.
