Hi to all of you,

I'm very interested to play strategic games on the pc, but i really hate when enemies arrive to destroy my villages or cities, can u recommend me please games in which i can easily switch of the enemies controlled by the CPU and just play and construct by myself without being disturbed?

Thank you so much in advance! =)

I understand you; Warcraft 3. Rise of Nations (recommended if you love building army and economy), SupCom, C&C Generals (on easy skirimish AI it almost have no chance to destroy your camp), Sins of a Solar Empire

While it's not really a strategy game, A kingdom for keflings is a relaxing citybuilding game where you can construct your city without any enemies etc. at all.

Although I never play it this way, Civilization IV has an always peace option that allows you to focus on other aspects of the game. Absolutely great game too.

Try the demo, I think it had one, but it's a lot more dangerous than games like Anno, the enemies might attack your cities while you concentrate on buildings and upgrades instead of a decent army.

But do you think it can happen also if I use the always peace mode?

Well I have no idea, if there is such an option I never used it, if eclarkdog said he saw such a feature then it probably is there.

Sim City perhaps, although they are quite hard. I also enjoy Chris Sawyers Locomotion although rival companies can build around you (however you could make custom scenarios and change how many ai players may enter).
