Help ! USB problem

i insert a USB device, it detected and i accidentaly clicked cancel installation. Now it won't detect my USB device in any USB port. Any solution?

Normally i no need to install the device, i click no then it will pop up my device like open with folder. but i selected cancel i go to device manager and it no longer detect it
