HELP! Why wont my ballad of **** tony?

Every time i try to go on it, it ask me to redownload which I do but it still does not work. Any ideas why this is happening? :(

no i had to run it through gamefly client :/ so i download it from microsoft but it doesnt work at all :S :(

i can run the normal game fine it just doesnt recoginse that i have downloaded the DLC
