However when i put it in my motorola v360 i cant find it on my computer, i cant format it at all, i basically cant do anything. Is there anyway i can fix this?

Uhm, stupid question here... Is your phone hooked up to your computer?

When phones are hooked up to PC's via a USB cable they act differently then MP3 players. You probably need to install some software that came with the phone to get it to work. It won't just show up as a new drive when you connect it, like the MP3 player does.
