Help with BSODs Please :)

Need some help here as one of the office comps are playing up.

I keep getting BSODs with the errors IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

These seem to happen often but randomly, even if the computer is idle.

From the Google searches I've made people seem to think it's dodgy drivers or bad RAM. I'm either gonna try different RAM or run Memtest86 at some point. But thought I would post here to see what you guys think.

I've done a Windows repair to no avail, not installed any new software / drivers for a while either.

I'm leaning towards the bad RAM side of things myself.

Comp Specs: Dell 3100

P4 3.0ghz Prescott HT 64bit 2mb L2 LGA775 // 800mhz FSB 14-15x Multiplier (It changes according to CPU-Z?) // Mobo model: OJC474 vAO4 // DDR2 (2x512mb Duel Channel) PC2-3200 (400Mhz) Samsung NON-ECC, CAS Latency of 3-3-3-8 // Onboard Graphics and Sound // 160gb HDD

Update hardware drivers and run Memtest86+.

About 8 months ago we hada Dell Optiplex desktop at my companyBSOD randomly and then it got worse and stopped booting at all, it would get to Windows logo screen, then BSOD and reboot. I called Dell support and they said it could be the motherboard and to open the case up and check the transisters. If they look normal then it would be something else but if they look fat or the top is domed, the motherboard needs replacing.

So it might be worth just checking this just to rule it out. Failing that memtest and drivers are the most likely fixes.
