help with lagg problem

i get lots of lagg whilst im playin cod and cod2 my ping is constantly 150 and i have an 8 meg broadband conection! please help!!

Does ur P.C meets recommended requirements for those games ? What is ur P.C specs ? Run a virus scan also and disable antivurus while playing online. 

Some servers can be laggy for no reason , try less ping servers .
