Hey guys, so I'm trying to get into some computer games and I'm trying to figure out what exactly my laptop has and if I should upgrade anything such as video card/CPU etc., I don't exactly know what all these specs mean so I'll just post most of them, Thanks for the feedback in advance!

Ahhh will a 9800 GT work? I'm taking it it's better than a 8600
