I want to buy one of these games but I do not know which one. also, are they even any good without online play?? Please give me feedback. thanks

World of Warcraft is online only, and it's $15 a month to play the game after you buy it. Another MMORPG you might want to consider is Guild Wars which is a decent game and it happens to be free to play.
