There are standard meanings for most of the beeps' codes, depending on whose BIOS is being used on the motherboard.  Do a Google for "Beep Codes" and you'll have it.

Sucks mate, i'm not there to help, take it somewhere so they can narrow it down. It helps if you have the mobo manual.

You realy need to take a look at the BIOS chip on the motherboard and see who makes it, then you can look up the beeb code on the web.

Make sure the Graphics card and memory are connected correctly.

If you can, put the HDD into a different PC and reinstall windows. If the problem continues you could reset the CMOS on the bios to basically give you all default settings on the PC.

If it carries on then its a hardware problem... work it out by deduction!

The minimum you need to POST is PSU, CPU, RAM, Video connected to your motherboard.  Disconnect anything else (HD, etc.), remove and re-set the video card and RAM - make sure they are securely inserted and try again.  You should at least see the POST details and get into the BIOS settings.

If it still doesn't work, you can try replacing with spare parts one at a time (if you have any).
