Help with remembering old game

Hey, years ago my friend and I were really into a game (it might have only been on my mac, but I'm really not sure). It was just a game that was in a pop up box on the computer, with only text. No video or graphics of any kind. In the game, you made movies. You picked their name, what they were about, who starred in them, how much money you put toward what for the movie, advertised the movie, and tried your best to make money off of it while it competed with other fake movies in the box office.

I loved this game SO much, can anybody help me remember what it's called? Thanks!

I don't know any really old games like that, but the closest you could find now would be a Lionhead Studios game called "The Movies." It's on both PC and Mac, and is basically the same idea as you asked about, only with 3D graphics and a UI. It's definitely worth checking out if you have never played it.
