Help with San Andreas

Ok so I decided to play San Andreas today and I remembered why I never beat the game in the first place: the airstrip mission(s). Holy @#$t what was Rockstar thinking !? I hated flying in Vice City and hate it even more in San Andreas.

I have uploaded my savegame file and am looking for a kind soul to help beat the airstrip training and mission N.O.E. Let me know if link or savegame file won't work.

2 things: I dont have an xbox and I dislike controllers because i already tried that route on a friend's ps2 and it didn't help.the_ChEeSe_mAn2

You don't need an xbox, all you need is a wired 360 controller (and some software). I find all the flying-missions to be better with a 360 controller (I just switch to controller every time a mission requires it), I guess you have to get used to them or something. Some PC gamers are allergic to controllers, it seems, lol... Good luck finding a way to beat it.

I think this is were a flightstick helps greatly (used to love sims in the EF2000/F22 D.I.D. days when I had a flightstick) :)

To get trough those missions I had to setup my entire keyboard & mouse layout differently. I wish I had a working flightstick that time (or a controlled with 2 of those little thumbsticks) ;)

Did you received my msg....i downloaded your file..everything was looking good until I load your game....it started like I was playing a new game at the beginning with the intro..etc???

Hmm I made an identical save file here but I saved it in the 8th slot. Are you sure you put the save game file in right place? In My Documents folder, there is a folder called GTA San Andreas User Files. Try putting it there.

.....i tried and it did the same....your file (verdant meadows) was in my 8th slot but when i loaded it, the inro appeared again like i was startinga new game..????...there's something we're not doing well

and yes, i put all the files in my documents folder, and in gta SA user files

I remember learning to fly in GTA SA. I was already a natural with the heli, after playing GTA VC to death. It took me FOREVER to get used to flying a plane in SA, but once I did I absolutely loved it and all flying missions became rediculously easy.

I really recommend just trying to beat it yourself, the satisfaction will be worth =).

Ok, tomorrow i'm skiing cause 2 feet of fresh snow are dumping now where I live and i'm working during monday night...so tuesday i'll delete every files in my gta user files and install yours and try again.....by the way, which version are you using, mine is V.200
