Which is better:

EVGA 7600GT passive cooling 256MB ddr3

Inno3d Geforce 8500gt 512 ddr2

sapphire ati hd 2600pro 512 ddr2

For me DX10 is not a big deal since i can't afford a decent card and i play games at 10x7 res no AA/AF but on high settings

I would like to play CoH,SupCom and Bioshock maybe Crysis

Current config:Cpu E6750,Intel DP35DP,2 GB DDR2 800, 320 gb seagate

I live in lebanon so the prices are a little different : http://www.pcandparts.com/price.htm

Please help asap ordering ....

You have a really nice rig there, sure that you can't pull out some extra money for a 8800GTS or 2900XT?

If you can't, then try to at least get a 7900GS or X1950Pro, they're cheap these days now..

The prices are 2900XT == 589$ and 8800GTs 320 MB 400$ish!

That's way more expensive than i can afford but the X1950 pro was for 220$+10% TAx = 242$ also much expensive!

10x for the reply suggestions....

Try your best to buy the 8600 GT or 2600 XT.

If it's between those cards, I would look at the 7600 GT. But it's a really old card now.

Do you think it would run the games mentionned before? Suggestions...(see note)

Note: Please check the site I linked to because i can't buy anywhere cheaper unless you can post some sites that deliver internationaly!

The shopkeeper should be slapped. He/She keeps ordering 512MB versions of low end cards, which is a big no no.

Ask them about the price of the X1900 GT 256MB.

For your needs (it's a shame because you have a really good rig), the 7600 or even the 2600 is fine. But definitely look into that X1900 GT.

Thank you for your replies and I am gonna go for the 2600 because spending 150$ on an old VGA don't seam reasonable!

I hope I won't regret it! Do you know any performance issues on a rig like that ? Will it run biochock smooth at 10x7 high details no AF/AA?
