Does my HDTV have an VGA Adapter, something that I can put a VGA cable in?if not is this bad

Did you bother to look for a VGA plug on the back of the TV? Or don't you have the TV yet?

I would say yes since it mentions PC resolutions supported.

Neither did I. I think what I saw was something that looked like dvi ports. EDIT: In my own setup here, I have dvi ports on my computer but I have a cord which converts dvi into vga.

why do you specifically need VGA?

From those specs it would seem you can use a DVI-HDMI cable to hook up that set from a PC.

You might be able to do VGA - RGB SCART but I've not seen a cable available yet that you didn't have to make yourself.
