Hi, im new, and i have a few questions about "The Sims 2"...

1) Does the village of pleasantville have any objectives?If so, what are they and how do we achieve them?

2)How can I throw a successful party?

Oh, and:

3) Drik is depressed & doesnt do his HW, his school grades are falling, how can I cheer him up & improve his grades?

4)How doI install a fire and burglar alarm?

1) No objectives, that's the point of The Sims. You play as you like.

2) If you want a successful party, I suggest inviting as less as much guests, and then entertain them in every way: Jokes, Dance Together, Play (red hands is the king), and maybe give them a little food (but don't worry about that, they'll get snacks themselves).

3) Just fill his needs and send him to school while he's happy. Make his mother help him with the homework so he finishes them faster. (saving time is cruical in the sims, especially with chores that reduce the fun, like HW).

4) In the electronics section, you have the phone icon. There you will find the fire alarm that costs 50$, and the burglar alarm that costs 250$. Place them on the wall and you're ok.

Actually that is like saying Garry's Mod is boring.. both are sandbox games.. if your not into that type of gameplay.. move along.. posting that you don't like XXX game is just asinine.

As for the OP/TC... I think you got a lot of help from Sunny.. You want your sims to stay green.. (at least).

Sims 2 is kinda stupid - you're playing it for a week or two and you said it's boring coz you didn't actually do anything

i mean there're not objectives or missions but you've spent on the game a week or two - probably great achivement - most FPSs last no more than 2-3 days (sp)
