Well to answer that question, you need to look at a few things such as Shader processor count, memory bit rate/bandwidth, and look at the item name A GTS 450 is slower then a GTX 460 for example, since 450 < 460. Now if your comparing AMD cards to Nvidia based cards thats abit more tricky

If thats the case FX5200>GTX470. Perhaps you should rephrase ;)
