You'll get countless more hours out of GTA. If you don't mind the outdated graphcis, you should definitely go for that.

GTA complete pack is a sweet deal. I got it myself during the last christmas sale. It was like $10 or $15. Keep in mind though, if you already have copies of any of the other games... the inclusion of the old 2D originals is nice, for the novelty of having them on steam, but it's not really worth anything. They're available to download from rockstar as freeware. Also, if you have a cheaper way of getting a hold of GTA4, the PC version has the episodes built in with the main game, if you patch to 1.0.7. So, having them included separately isn't really saving you any money either. Still, if you want GTA on your PC, it's an awesome deal for 3, VC, SA, and 4, and the inclusion of 1 and 2 is great, just so you can see the complete line up of every GTA game in your steam library. It feels satisfying.
GTA complete, no question.
Not just one, but several of the best games ever made, offering dozens, if not hundreds of hours of entertainment.
I got about 13 hours out of Absolution and I did not think it was that great, especially compared to Blood Money.
Isn't the GTA Complete just GTA4 with the Episodes from Liberty City? That's all I see on my store. Or is there a full GTA series collection available in America?Twisted14This is one thing Grand Theft Auto IV: Complete Edition and this is the other Grand Theft Auto Complete Pack, both always were at the same price on sales, which makes the first one a ripoff.
What I'm seeing on the steam page, is the advertisement for GTA4: Complete (just GTA4 and episodes), but if you go to the page and scroll down, you can see that the GTA Complete Pack, with every single GTA game, is also on sale for only 12.50 (which is AWESOME. do it). Also I'm seeing GTA4 complete for 7.50, or the base game and episodes separate for 5 each. If that's what you're after, just get the base game, and save the 2.50. Fully patched, the base game gets the episodes added for free. Unless it's not like that with the steam version. Can anyone confirm that? I got the episodes free with the latest patch with my retail copy. I haven't actually installed GTA4 from steam since I bought the complete pack.
Ballad of Gay Tony was very good... Worth $20 when I bought it at launch and MOREEEEEEEE than worth $7.50 you pay for that AND GTA4 AND Lost and the Damned. Â Lost and the Damned wasn't my cup of tea, but it wasn't bad either. Â Loved GTA4.
I haven't beat Absolution yet, so I can't comment on that... I bought it on a GMG deal for like $20, tried to play it once and it crashed, I haven't been back to play it yet, been playing other games as of late, will do it eventually though. Â The few minutes of it I played were pretty good looking though... On a high end PC with the graphics maxed it looks very nice.
